Our yard was in bad shape after we bought our house so we hired Lawn Doctor to try to bring it back. It wasn't salvageable because the previous owner let the grass die. I talked to Brent & Cam about it and they gave me great advice, talked to me about what it needed, gave me a name for sod - that referral did a great job! - our lawn looks great and now we're back on schedule. Most places don't care or get invested. I appreciate that they cared about our yard looking good and helped me troubleshoot and gave me great advice. Katelyn in the office was super friendly and helpful too for pausing our service and getting it restarted! ~ Erica K

From my initial inquiry to my first service lawn doctor and their employees have delivered top notch service. Katelyn is very responsive on the phones and returns calls in a timely manner. Josh was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. Cam treated our yard and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Cam had great recommendations and his customer service was excellent. My neighbors came out with lots of questions and he took the time to talk to each of them individually. We will continue to use Lawn Doctor and recommend them highly. ~ Brandi C

Such a nice change from the other providers who are more sales oriented. I was tired of rep after rep always changing and always trying to sell me services I thought were included in my program. Josh took the time to explain everything to me and let me know what was needed for my lawn both today and down the road. It was nice to not be surprised with additional charges I did not expect. I called The Lawn Doctor for a quote. They immediately responded; Josh arrived as scheduled and was very helpful in providing a quote. As it turns out, they were highly recommended by John Cook of C&F Landscape Company. We have decided to install Synthetic Turf and, therefore, will not be using the Lawn Doctor, but their response and quote were outstanding! By far the best experience I've had with lawn care. I'm a bit ignorant to taking care of a Florida Lawn. I'm from Denver and lawn care is very easy there due to lack of bugs. Josh took his time explaining what I needed and didn't need. He drafted out a plan which would take care of my problem. Unfortunately I started the service late in the season, so I am unable to fully review the product. But, let me say that I find Joshua to be very professional & courteous.
